ZeroDays are running their annual Irish Colleges Cyber-Security Challenge (CTF) event on Saturday 1st April, Croke Park, Dublin (Cyber Ireland is sponsoring).

ZeroDays CTF 2023

Zero Days Security organise and promote cyber-security challenges, commonly known as capture-the-flag (CTF) events. Our aims are to promote, develop and encourage participation in CTF events in Ireland. Each Year we run a number of our own events including the Irish College's Cyber-Security Challenge, Cyber-Schools, and Irish team selection and training for the European Cyber Security Challenge.

This year’s event is our biggest ever, with up to 500 hundred participants taking part across the Colleges, Schools and Open challenges. With the huge interest we have moved to a bigger and better venue; Croke Park’s Cusack suites, on Saturday 1st April.

Irish Colleges Cyber-Security Challenge

The Irish Colleges Cyber-Security Challenge, aims to showcase and identify the best cyber-security students in the country. The event caters for all levels from complete IT beginners to experienced professional penetration testers. The focus of the event is fun and inclusiveness and we encourage everyone to come and experience this unique and challenging event.

With over 50 unique challenges on the day, we have tasks and activities to keep teams of all abilities entertained. Teams have to solve security related tasks from domains such as web security, network security, wireless and IoT security, cryptography, exploitation, reverse engineering, forensics, puzzles, trivia and much more.
