EDEN 2023 Annual Conference
Registration and Submissions for EDEN 2023 Annual Conference are Now Open!
We are pleased to support the 2023 EDEN Conference, to be hosted in Dublin in June, and delighted to have negotiated a special conference rate for ILTA members. The rate is €380.00 inclusive of the Gala Dinner (early bird; €400 late). This rate is €50.00 less than the early bird EDEN member rate and €110.00 less than the non-member rate. The code for ILTA members is ODFB66 and this must be entered at the beginning of the registration process.

Conference Theme
The 2023 EDEN conference is designed to explore the theme, “Yes, we can!” – Digital Education for Better Futures. This theme focuses on the language of opportunity and challenges participants to dream big! While there are many big and small challenges, we can’t ignore in building a more inclusive digital future, the conference focuses on the “art of the possible” in reimagining teaching, learning and assessment and delivering on the promise of better futures for all. We hope to encapsulate the spirit of hope and optimism throughout the conference through the enabling language of “Yes, we can”. More specifically, the conference theme asks:
- What does a better future look like?
- How can digital education contribute to this future?
- What can you do to help make and shape a better future?
Rikke Toft Nørgård will give the opening keynote, and Melissa Bond and Maren Deepwell will be the other keynotes. Additionally, we have several spotlight speakers, including Alexandra Mihai, Liz Johnson (Deputy VC from Deakin) and our own Blanaid White talking about DCU futures. Someone from the Commission will also speak. That's probably enough about the programme for now.
