Attached is a brochure on The B.Sc.(Hons) in Culinary Science programme in DIT. (Soon to be Technological University Dublin on January 1st 2019).
This novel programme is in its third year and is the only one of its kind in Ireland. It is jointly run by The School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology and The School of Food Science and Environmental Health. The main aim of this Culinary Science programme is to produce graduates who have skills and knowledge in both food science and the culinary arts. The graduates will have the required knowledge and skills to fill the roles of Development Chef, Food Product Developer, Government Advisor, Health Care Caterer and Food Writer.
