Computer Science Experience Day(s) for TY

This two-day mixed on-campus and virtual event will be delivered by the University of Galway’s Computer Science academic staff and postgraduate students. The total experience is comprised of four different sessions across two morning sessions presented by the University of Galway staff and students with participating students working on tutorial activities.

These activities will be undertaken on their devices via web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome). The day is designed to enable students to engage with and to explore a variety of computer science themes and technologies in an informal and creative setting.

Participation in this event will expose students to the breadth of computing skills and their value across a wide range of diverse careers.

The event will probably be in October.
