A combined programme in urban and environmental sustainability at DIT Environment & PlanningDublin Institute of Technology

The BSc in Spatial Planning and Environmental Management at DIT Environment & Planning is one of Ireland’s top, professionally accredited programmes in urban and environmental sustainability.

Based at DIT Bolton Street – adjacent to the new DIT Grangegorman campus – we have many of Ireland’s top experts in planning and environmental management teaching on the programme.

DT106 is a combined degree that allows students to specialise in either: planning the future of towns and cities (BSc Spatial Planning); or, managing a sustainable environment for the future (BSc Environmental Management).  Students take all subjects in year 1. In year 2 they can choose between the Spatial Planning or Environmental Management streams. Year 4 allows full specialisation in their chosen field, including the completion of a dissertation.
