CAO Open Choice Courses at MU

Open choice is an option in a number of Maynooth University level 8 degrees. This gives new MU students the opportunity to sample the streams available within their chosen degree, during the first few weeks of semester one, before settling on their preferred stream (meeting any minimum entry requirements).

CAO course choices may be amended online up to 5pm on 1st February 2023, free of charge. There is a further chance to amend course choices, free of charge, from 5th May 2023 until 5pm on 1st July 2023.
