Kildare / Hybrid Opportunity - Bord na Mona HR Administrator

Applications are currently open with Bord na Móna for their Human Resources (HR) Administrator role based in Newbridge, Kildare.  This is a six-month paid and mentored placement with the option to avail of a hybrid working arrangement. 

The HR administrator will report to the Head of HR and provide day-to-day operational human resources support to the Lean Centre across all facets of the employee life-cycle, support to the strategic HR programmes and support the communications across the company.

Candidates interested in applying should have a minimum NFQ Level 6 in Business, HR or related discipline. 

The closing date for applications is 12pm, Wednesday, 27th July 2022.

Spotlight on the AHEAD Journal: NCBI's Bespoke Major Award (QQI Level 4) in Employment Skills for People with Visual Impairment or Blindness

Opportunities for employment for people with impaired vision are very limited, so this article introducing the new Award developed by NCBI is a major addition to the qualifications on offer.  The programme  provides a nationally recognised qualification, giving employers a realistic expectation about the skills and competence of potential employees.  Particular emphasis is given to the Orientation Mobility and Access module which can also be undertaken as a separate minor award. NMBI hopes to make significant progress towards decreasing unemployment rates of individuals who are blind or have low vision in Ireland.
