Access to Apprenticeship Jan and April 2021 Programme
I am pleased to announce that we are now open for applications for our January and April 2021 programmes.
Due to COVID-19 there are a limited number of places available for January. Applicants who wish to be considered for January must submit an application by November 27th 2020.
Applications received for January which are unsuccessful will be carried over and considered for April. In order to run the programme safely we have had to reduce the class size and for this reason places are limited.
The Access to Apprenticeship Programme is aimed at young men and women aged 16 to 24 living in Dublin who experience social and economic barriers. The Programme provides an opportunity for young people to;
- Sample a range of apprenticeships in; Construction, Engineering, Electrical and Motor
- Prepare their CV and interview skills
- Undertake two weeks work experience
- Health & Safety and Safe Pass Certificate
- It is a 12-week full time course commencing in Jan 2021.
The purpose of the programme is to progress young people into apprenticeships.
The most up to date application form, an information sheet and flyer are attached. If you have expressed your interest online, you still need to complete and submit the attached application form.
We recommend starting the application as soon as possible as it could take some time to get the required documentation together. Once applications are completed please scan and email them to [email protected] or they can be posted to the below:

We are not accepting applications for student’s currently enrolled and attending school. For those students finishing school we would advise you to apply for the September 2021 intake.
